Conducted an engineering and safety audit for propane-gas plants and developed operational documentation for NYSEG's gas plants. The study also included a review to ensure compliance with ANSI/NFPA codes.

Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation

Developed a design proposal for Central Hudson's Roseton Plant for preheating combustion air by utilizing plant waste heat. The effect of various schemes on plant efficiency was also evaluated. The proposal was presented at EPRI's Heat Rate Improvement Conference, in Alabama, 1992.

1983-1992 Saudi Consolidated Electric Co., (SCECO) Saudi Arabia:

Worked as a Plant Engineering Supervisor at the Ghazlan Power Plant, a 4 x 400 MW fossil power plant with a sea-water desalination plant. Supervised 8-10 plant engineers. Other responsibilities included support to plant operations, trouble-shooting day-to-day problems, pump vibration monitoring and trouble-shooting, plant performance engineering including heat rate and efficiency calculations and plant modifications and improvements.

1982-1983 Exxon Chemical Co., New Jersey (Exxon’s Research and Engineering Center for Petrochemicals)
