Responsible for the settlement of the game disputes due to dealer’s error.

Responsible for the orientation & strict implementation of company policies to all employees under gaming department.

Endorse disciplinary action for those who did not meet the casino standards & company policies.

Monitor game operations to ensure that table game rules & regulations are strictly follow & adhere.

Monitoring staffing levels to ensure that games & tables are adequately staffed for each shift, arranging for staff rotations & breaks locating substitute employees as necessary.
