WORK EXPERIENCE

PRESENT EMPLOYER :( since November 2015 to till date) Presently working as GRADUATE APPRENTICE (MECHANICAL) at “M/s FLUID CONTROL RESEARCH INSTITUTE”, Palakkad (DT) Kerala, a Central Government enterprise under Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises with UNDP assistance.

Responsibilities at FCRI

Presently assigned to the Air flow Section

Instrumentation, Calibration & Testing of Flow meters like Turbine Flow Meter, Orifice Plate, Flow Nozzles, Rota meters, mass flow meters, PD meters etc.

Monitoring, Maintenance, selection of flow meters

Preparing the Quality documents for the laboratory as part of Internal and External

(NABL, ISO) Audits.

Familiarity with NABL, ISO, AGA Standards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS SET

Custody transfer application of flow meters and its metering

Knowledge of International standards – AGA, OIML, etc. for Oil and GAS flow measurement, computation and custody transfer.

Knowledge on ASME standards for process and custody transfer applications
