PetCo – Customer Advisor / Small Animal Care Worker July 2015 – Current

Opening and closing the store. Feeding all animals and making sure the cages were clean. Feeding salt and fresh water fish and performing water testing and changes. Administering medication per Veterinary directions. Receiving live animals and fish on shipping day. Experience feeding snakes and other reptiles. Customer service experience and cash handling performed daily. Some dog training and grooming experience.

ANEW Health Care Services Inc. - Personal Care Aide December 2013 – Current

Performing housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, dishes and running errands. Preparing nutritious meals and helping families prepare meals. Advise and monitor clients on issues such as household cleanliness, hygiene and diet.

Rainbow’s Clothing – Cashier / Shipping & Receiving Clerk November 2013 – March 2015

Receiving large orders, taking inventory, and placing merchandise on the floor for sale. Cash handling, refunds, and put back upon customer request. Maintaining a clean work environment for employees and a clean and safe shopping experience.

Hilton/Hyatt (Gift & Coffee Shop) – Sales Associate September 2012 – December 2013

Provided customer service in slow and fast paced work place. Complete and maintain time and attendance forms and inventory (cycle counts). Closing duties such as counting safe out and making sure cash has balance out.
