While working at the Rush County Courthouse I was the first Deputy Court Clerk to be employed for both positions as a Court Clerk and Court Reporter simultaneously. With the stability of being thoroughly cross-trained in both fields. I was afforded the opportunity to accomplish both responsibilities with success for my employer's and my community.

While working for Thompson owned newspaper’s I was responsible for providing client support through a fairly new aspect of selling advertising, referred to as

"Cross Selling". While having a personal interest in my clients, I was equipped and prepared to represent them in many facets of advertising. Offering different points of interest to clients such as, Radio, TV, Billboards, Websites and other owned newspapers.
