Project Manager “Rayer Bazar” Development Project Budget: $70M USD

Prepared the project proposal which includes project timeline, cost estimates, project management organogram etc. Also, monitor the development/management of project budget and the establishment of financial controls.

Supervised 1.7 million cubic meter sand and soil filling with arboriculture and landscaping of 96 acres (389,000 Sq meter) of land.

Supervised the construction work of 3.9 km boundary wall.

Supervised the construction work of 7.4 km vehicular road and 29 km walkway.

Supervised the construction of one 2 storied and one 8 storied building located within the project.

Supervised the construction of a 46 m Network Arch Bridge and two 50 m steel Foot Over Bridge.

Monitor and supervise the beautification and embankment protection work of a 1.6 km canal located within the project.

Monitor design and construction of sewerage and drainage system of the project.

Prepare contractual agreements between the employer and the contractors (with 39 contractors for different construction works).

Key liaison between government officials.

Supervise a team of 141 employees.

Project Manager “Bawnia” Housing Project Budget: $20M USD

Prepared the project proposal. Supervised the design of the “Master Plan” according to the government rules and regulations.

Supervised 3.2 million cubic meters of land filling and landscaping of 146 acres

(590,000 SQ meter) of land for the housing project.

Prepared contractual agreement between the employer and the contractors.

Supervised the construction work of 5 Km boundary of the project.

Monitor and pursue the Evaluation certificates from 13 organizations which are required to get the approval of government for a housing project.

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Supervise the team of negotiators for purchasing lands. United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL), Bangladesh Army 2010-2011 Project Manager Construction and Maintenance Projects Budget: $ 7 M USD

Designed and evaluated various structural construction.

Supervised and monitored the maintenance and repair work of 120 KM “Main supply route”(MSR) from Bong County to Lofa County and 230 KM road from Bong County to Nimba County in Liberia.

Coordinated engineering equipment movements.

Successfully completed “Rayer Bazar Development Project” three months before allotted time; saved $7.6M for the government by negotiating with the contractor during the revised cost estimation. Received “Army Glory Medal” for outstanding performance.

Effectively completed “Bawnia Housing Project” which is ahead of scheduled time.

Successfully administered the maintenance and repair work of 120 KM road from Bong to Lofa County and 230 KM road from Bong to Nimba County in Liberia.

Achieved outstanding grading in UN Performance Report. Received United Nations Medal for excellent performance.
