Utilizing exceptional skills, I implemented processes in a company that lacked order and leadership. I created and enforced a scheduling system, which resulted in a dramatic increase in production. I used material projections and estimations which helped decrease the excess amounts of materials sent out by suppliers; resulting in thousands of dollars of savings per individual project.
When issues would arise, my immediate reaction was to analyze the situation, and initiate a resolution. After taking immediate action on the more time sensitive matters, I would review the situation and identify what measures could be taken to avert problems from reoccurring.

In my 30 plus years of experience in the General Contracting field I have been a large contributor to many successes.
