Development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance clinic practice and client base. Management of a 30 + person staff, including but not limited to the selection, training, evaluation, disciplinary action, complaints, compensation and recommendations etc.

Responsible for the direct financial and budgetary function of the practice, expenditure authorization, budget maintenance, reconciliation, general ledger reporting and analysis, impacting revenue generation. Management of all aspects of facility both clinically and operationally reducing expenditures by over 30% within six months.

Trained new employees and staff to meet all standards and guidelines set forth for infection control, HIPAA and OSHA, as well as achieved patient quality and safety goals.

Management of claims processing and collection of patient billing including auditing, training, and oversight of claims processing staff, including resolution of problems and concerns of clients, vendors and patients.

Responsible for overall administration and operation of vascular surgery clinic seeing on average 30 patients per day.

Annual operational budget of $5,000,000.

Increased revenue by 40% in the first two years after joining the organization by bringing in additional revenue streams and improving billing accuracy, realigning staffing model.
