Prepared Simulation model to determine the penetration depth, temperature and energy inside the food during treatment with broad spectrum pulsed light technology at varying wavelength ranging from 190 nm to 1180 nm.
Testing and regulating different voltage modules to check the consistency of the model at different temperature profiles
Using rheometer, spectrophotometer and radiometer to determine the physical properties of liquid samples after treating with wide spectrum white light and electromagnetic radiation
Using the multi-physics variate systems like COMSOL – Transient conduction, Transient heat transfer analysis and steady state conduction for quantification of the penetration depth of thin layer food
Used refractometer, radiometer and thermal conductivity analyser to determine different food properties
