Job Profile Summary:

Designing of complete air-conditioning and proper ventilation system for commercial projects such as malls, hotels & office building etc.

Perform Heat Load Calculation manually based on ASHRAE, ISHRAE and other international codes & standards.

Calculate Heat load in software’s such as Carrier HAP.

Evolve design selection of HVAC equipments.

Design & Preparations of drawings for Ducting layout, Piping Layout, Plant Room Layout, AHU Room Layout, Piping Sizing and Header, schematic for chilled water etc.

Preparation of Design basis report with comparison of various options.

Design & prepare tender document, Floating Enquires/ Tender and obtaining offers from Various Companies. Making comparisons and prepare costing estimation for project.

Coordination with purchase, marketing team for finalization of tender & orders.

Coordination of all services with respect to reflected ceiling plan including, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical.

Coordination with vendors, contractors, Architect, PMC for technical discussion.

Drawing checks as per design standards and coordinates with the client and project team.

To take site decisions/clearances as per site issues to ensure smooth progress of project Site co-ordination with contractors, other consultants, architects etc.
