Research & Market Analysis:
• Utilize refined technical and financial market analysis abilities to effectively recognize, manage and reduce risk, ensuring the achievement of a profitable, speculative trading book.
• Evaluate positions predicated on fundamental and technical analysis to implement trading strategies.
• Formulate trade strategies based on economic, political, fundamental and international influences, as well
as personal trading disciplines and risk parameters.
Staff Training & Development:
• Recruit, hire, train and develop trading personnel; regularly assess staff risk/P&L/performance levels, identifying areas in need of improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Spearhead the full-scale development and implementation of innovative training programs for new hires.
• Facilitate educational initiatives to enhance trader proficiency in theoretical and applied market making.
