Account Maintenance -- Maintaining customer account record and Issuing of Statements, Ordering of Cheque books, Credit books and Debit Card ordering, Issuing Certificate of Tax and Balance and Connecting and Disconnecting of Accounts.

Name and Address change -- Investigation and enquiries done on more information on the customer’s current account status. Changing of Company’s Name and Address on the customer’s account.

Account Close -- Investigation and checks done on customer’s account balance and transactions inclusive of interest and charge. Checks and verification on payment transactions. Cancellation of special products done in order to close the accounts.

Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and Coordinate with Onshore/Offshore tech team or daily downtimes.
