Directed the implementation of a new software system merging the company’s production, shipping, and billing processes. Resulted in realization of substantial cost saving through order processing efficiencies, shipping cost savings and 10% headcount reduction.

With less employees and new software system improved shipping time for 95% of stock and custom products from 9:30 am the same day to 11:00 am the same day.
