It aims to build the foundation to provide true, seamless Integrated of all selling channels and customer contact points, including ecommerce, which will allow for easier Integrated and synchronization between the various channels and improve the overall customer experience with the Client, regardless of the Channel they use. Essentially, the project is broken-up into three distinct work-streams, and thus, is associated with three vendor teams: Foundation Systems (Accenture), Integration layer (Avanade), and Commerce Server (Cactus).
