Supervised maintenance of procedures and record keeping for RCRA hazardous waste handling programs improving and streamlining environmental management systems. Audited vendors and facilities including all permits, financial records, and references and followed through with corrective action. Responsible for all facets of Natural Gas and Electric for each facility including energy efficiency and the latest cutting energy technology. Responsible for writing and management of Health and Safety Plan contracts with US Army Core of Engineers for Anniston Army Depot.
