Leasing apartments is a job that I love, and I believe that comes through in the quality of my work. I am always very professional and polite, and firmly believe you do not bring your personal life to work with you. I believe word of mouth is your most valuable advertising tool. I am able to maintain professional composure in times of high pressure or when dealing with irate residents with serious issues.

I am familiar with all aspects of Leasing, to greeting walk-ins and touring the model units and grounds, to paperwork, walk-thru inspections, warning/complaint memos, keeping records, market surveys, brochures and concession forms, taking work orders, keeping open communication with maintenance and other staff, maintaining ads online ie: Apartment and For, dealing with online leads (and email), very familiar with computer programs such as word and publisher, and I am an exceptional typist. I also have excellent telephone etiquette which I believe is important to get those callers in the door. Honestly, I know every responsibility or duty of the leasing agent and go above and beyond what is required of me to keep the office running smoothly and getting the job done to the standards I uphold.
