I have several years of experience with various types of plastics, injection molding presses, automations, and robotics. I’m self-motivated and I’m highly efficient in my daily duties. I'm heavily cross-trained and I am very mechanically inclined. I have an extensive understanding of computers, electronics and mechanics. I'm fluent in numerous computer programming languages. I have exceptional leadership skills and work extremely well with other people. I'm very familiar with the operations of Wittmann, ABB, Motoman, Ranger, Fanuc, and Conair (Sepro) robotics and have a great deal of experience with VanDorn, Allen Bradley, Cincinnati Milacron, Husky, Engel, and Natco plastic injection molding presses ranging from 50 ton to 1500 ton. I have substantial experience with PLC programming, automation and robotic programming, conventional molding, insert molding, and multi-shot rotational molding. I’m well educated in Green and Lean production techniques.
