Assisted Home Health agencies in licensure, certification, and regulatory and financial challenges

Established a 501(c) 3 foundation that raised significant funds for the care of the elderly whose needs were noteing met with existing government programs.

Raised $1.5 million to build a replacement hospital. Generated needed funds and garnered approvals from government health planning agencies at local, state, and federal levels by leading a well-received community drive.

Increased nursing home value by $2 million in less than 2 years by retargeting direct marketing strategies and bringing census mix from 6 to 83 private patients per day.

Identified and capitalized on opportunities to improve efficiency, staffing, and patient satisfaction including creating a program for providing skilled care services through certified home health agencies within Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities to avoid skilled nursing home stays when feasible.
