Served as on-site dispatcher for major PET chip manufacturer using their load management system, TMW, and Excel spreadsheets. Oversaw scheduling for the day-to-day activities of up to 45 drivers. Made sure to keep up with tanks and products to prevent contaminations. Made last minute adjustments to schedules as needed due to additions or cancellations of loads. Kept track of drivers' hours to be sure manpower was available to meet demands. Communicated directly with plant logistics personnel. Did weekly and monthly load count reports and dropped tank rental reports. Made sure drivers had all information and paperwork in order to help them make their runs quickly and efficiently. Contacted customers prior to delivery to confirm and coordinate delivery times.
