After two months, I was given another building, the Phoenix, a strata titled building of 98 units. I was responsible for 30 units. There were 18 vacancies, within six weeks I had leased all 30 units under fixed term leases. Was given the Elm wood Apartments, a 98 unit complex. Overturned 89 of the 98 units. Released to families and students.
