I have 9.5 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN.

I was charge nurse for 6 years in the emergency room. I work well under pressure and have a calm easy going personality.

I am team STEPPS trained and have excellent communication skills with co-workers. Communication is key in a team setting.

I was selected as a Team STEPPS representative and teaching coach at William Beaumont Army Medical Center.

I also took initiative while in Interventional Radiology to teach the department code blue basics and crash cart familiarization.
