07/14-04/16 QA/QC Lead Admin III

Westinghouse - Lake Charles, LA (Fabrication Shop) Maintain current report log and issue numbers to welding inspectors and doc reviewers for reports. Provide assistance in preparing these reports to ensure the correct purchase order and modules are listed. Insert and retrieve documents in Documentum so that the NRC, OSHA or requesting departments can acquire them if needed. Establish and maintain correspondence with seller producing unsatisfactory material until a satisfactory agreement can be reached. Ensure that all office supplies needed are available for employee use. Assist coworkers and managers with completing expense reports in Concur as needed. Maintain a weekly meeting agenda and attendance log and note issues that arise from meetings in order to provide follow up. Create a monthly report of current UNSAT status and send to managers.

12/13 – 07/14 EH&S Compliance Specialist / Lead Admin III CB&I - Waynesboro, GA (Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant) Safety department staff for a 2-Unit Nuclear Electric Generating Power Plant, using the AP1000 design. Support field staff by providing compliance procedure information, sub as Tech writer, as well as performing field observations for corrective action field reports. Read and adjust procedures as a Tech writer to ensure that they apply to the current work site. Ensure that employees and sub-contractors are aware and adhere to company site procedures, OSHA and NRC laws.

Create HS&E portion of the Plan of the day meeting, issuing hot work & confined space permit numbers, opening and closing corrective actions in Cintellate program. I also verified Competent Person designations, assisted coworkers and managers in completion of expense reports or any other office or field issues that may arise. I purchased HSE items as needed with a P-Card and reconciled receipts through BMO system and rectified expense reports through Concur system. 02/13 – 12/13 Office Coordinator/Lead Admin Asst III CB&I - Tempe, AZ

Coordination and set up of a future home office in Tempe, AZ. Procurement skills were a must on this project. Find & purchase furniture, plants & tv monitors to make a waiting/lobby area and 2 break areas. I was also instrumental in working with the furniture installers to carry out the repairs, updates and installation of the cubicle and office areas and worked with copier movers to get copiers transferred, installed & working properly. I established vendor contacts for set up & continuation of office supplies and new office service set ups such as coffee, file protection and shredding along with UPS services. I maintained this office alone with minimal supervision for the duration of its 10 month set up. 06/11 – 02/13 Lead Administrative Assistant III

SHAW GROUP - Fulton, AR (Turk Power Plant)

Administrative support to the Site Manager for an Ultra-Super Critical Coal Fired Power Station that earned Power magazines highest honor, “Power Plant of the Year 2013” On this project my duties were to gather information to accurately and efficiently construct a Daily Report, make travel arrangements, complete expense reports for employees, label, package and ship UPS packages. I also acquired appropriate signatures needed for requisitions, worked with technical support as needed for employee issues, ordered and distributed office supplies & furniture based on beneficial costs and necessity. My duties were also to schedule conference rooms for meetings, keep updated employee vacation schedule & phone lists, handle confidential requests and issues for Site Manager, run meter readings on all copiers, assist employees with answers to questions that may arise as well as encourage a positive attitude for employees and visitors of the site. Also, handled IT issues towards the end of the job due to employee military leave.

03/09 – 03/11 Lead Admin. Assistant III / HR / IT / Doc Control Assistant SHAW GROUP - Las Vegas, NV (Harry Allen Power Plant) Administrative support to the Site Manager for combined cycled gas/steam turbine power plant. Make travel arrangements, type plan of the day for present day and day ahead, label & ship UPS & Fed Ex, complete attendance & sign in log, order & distribute furniture & office supplies, schedule conf. room meetings, keep updated employee vacation schedule, order business cards for executive employees, assign staff & subcontractor parking, keep updated phone list, create new requisitions for new hires or transfers of office staff, coordinate meetings as needed for H.R. updates or changes. I also handled a lot of the onsite H.R. and I.T. duties since these departments were not available on this work site. I also completed the Weekly and Daily Report for Project Controls as well. For I.T., I set up computers & phones for office staff on a Cisco system & activated ports to server on T-1 lines for use. Maintained computer & phone inventory, mapped employees to servers & printers & handled minor computer issues & completed e-req’s for new employees to obtain email access. Also, answered minor benefit questions, maintained emergency contact info for office staff, completed I-9 verifications & handled confidential requests for Site Manager & offsite HR. In addition, I maintained the service of Company trucks through Donlen Fleet service for the equipment & vehicles on site. Our Document Control dept. lost a person so I filled in that position for 8 months as well by printing & changing out drawings in the field to reflect the most current revision and updated our Documentum dept with the changes. Use of PDF flattening was necessary for this action. 4/07-3/09 Tool Coordinator

SHAW GROUP - Lena, LA (CLECO Rodemacher Power Plant) Prepare and generate reports of tools currently checked out for daily distribution to Foremen and Area Managers. Inventory tools currently being used in field and in toolroom for comparison with list of available tools on job supplied by vendor, AMECO. Confirm and receive orders in Citrix/WMS system as shown on packing slip for distribution to customer. Log, calculate and file payroll deduction forms, lost tool reports and damaged tool reports received daily. Inquire with warehouse or retailer about shipping date on long awaited items.
