OBJECTIVE

My main objective as a Safety Manager is developing and Managing an effective Safety Culture and establishing programs for Safety Performance goals within the Safety Department, is the primary Interface over sight and compliance for all Safety Programs, And to ensure that all company's safety policies are respected and followed. I take a great pride in my work and strive to ensure that a safe environment is provided for all the employees. I not only enjoy working with other people but I also take great pride in helping others. In the work place I can't think of a better way to achieve these things than making sure all employees have a safe work place to come to everyday.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

I have been working as a Safety Manager for the last 23 + years. I have managed 10 Safety Professionals with multi-site projects. I have completed the OSHA 10 hrs class and the 30 hour class and the 500. I have worked with OSHA SHARPS representatives. This involves the OSHA complaint consultants coming in for an initial inspection of the plant and safety records such as training and specific programs.
