JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Handling all phone calls.

Housekeeping which includes supervision of cleaning of the office on regular basis

To handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence through courier including selection of a good courier company and standardization of rates to ensure timely delivery of documents to all the branches/sites of the company.

Supervision of dispatch to ensure that there is timely dispatch of all the outgoing correspondence.
