HSE Engineer-ADCO

Provide Safety Technical support to HSE & Construction Team to maintain a World-class Safety Culture at workplace.

Ensure Implementation of ADCO Health, Safety & Environmental requirements as per ADCO HSE Manual, PTW System & ADNOC Code of Practice.

Ensure Compliance of ADCO HSE Assurance Program requirements & Conduct self-assessment exercise on status of HSE Assurance program implementation prior Quarterly verification by CHSE.

Participate in Pre-mobilization and Pre-execution audits are conducted for new contracts as per the Management of Contractor HSE procedure. Assess contractor HSE Professional for their competence and further Approval.

Follow up on completion of the mandatory HSE trainings as per the Training matrix.

Conduct HSE campaigns such as heat stress, road safety & desert cleanup etc.

Administer users in the ePTW including PDAs and maintain the necessary documentation, and Monitor the progress status of the IRP requirement such as Leadership PTW audits and mandatory site supervision.

Conduct weekly PTW Audits analyze and communicate findings to stakeholders as per defined targets & frequency during E&P Project HSE meetings.

Facilitate the Task Risk Assessments for all the critical / new / high risk activities. Ensure periodic review of High Risk TRAs. Conduct TRA revalidation.

Conduct site Visit with focus on High Risk activities to ensure compliance with ADCO Safe system of work.

Ensure incidents are reported, investigated, lessons learnt are communicated as per the incident reporting & investigation timeline and actions are effectively closeout as per ADCO Procedures.

Follow with stake holders that Hazard & Near misses are reported in HEARTS as per IRP requirements, analyzed and findings are communicated to the concerned staff & Contractor & all the Events are followed up until the Close-out.

Supports the implementation of the Incident Command System (ICS), by planning and conducting Periodic Emergency exercises/ drills (Table top, Small Scale, Large Scale and Major Drills).

Conduct camp and welfare audits as per the HSE Assurance program. Ensure the actions from the camp and welfare audit/ ADNOC Audits are effectively closed out.

Analysis Road Safety Performance, develop & implement improvement plan. Audit the implementation of the company journey management system.
