As a 26-year-old Sociologist with hands-on experience by working as various kind of job such as Telephone sales, Call Center and Market Researcher so my skills were honed through practical jobs like supporting customer about company products, arranging meetings with customer to introduce company products and services, preparing and holding some events and promotions to attract customer, etc. Besides, I also learned how to be a good team player and working under tight deadlines as well as using some office tools to make my work more efficiently.
