Attainments:

Initially worked in Machine Tool Division(MTD) for 2 years as Dy.Mgr Applications. Basic role was to prove the CNC SPM, Standard m/c like VMC, HMC for its intended use.

Managed activities of M/C Assembling

Successfully handled various SPM M/C like “CBN Cylinder block barrel bore m/c”, Cylinder block Rough bore M/C, Horizontal & Vertical CNC Standard machining centres, Cam shaft slot milling M/C, Successfully Installed & commissioned at TATA Motors Jamshedpur, TATA Motors PUNE & at various customers end .

From 2008 onwards transferred to Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering (Methods) Department (TAL Nagpur) for developing Manufacturing process of Structural & Engine component.

Using CATIA CAD-CAM, Auto CAD software for developing metal cutting process of thin wall Titanium, Inconel, Various Stainless steel, Composites & Aerospace Aluminium component.

Conducting PFMEA at planning level itself for minimising process failure & for reducing development time.

Worked as Departmental representative for AS-9100 certification.

As a aerospace industry Quality is first & foremost objective. To achieve this objective Statistical & latest 6 sigma technique’s implemented successfully. Achieved zero defects that is zero escape to the customer (Boeing 787 composite floor beam project, Pratt & Whitney Engine project & RUAG Airbus structural project).
