Designed and Construction documentations for all the offices around the country - 126 locations in 5 years. Duties include - site verification, space plan/s, construction documentations, security plans, furniture, construction estimates construction administration and its yearly warranties. Head Office Redesign (at 1735 N . Lynn Street) - Space plan and design of 6 floors, security and its updating, overseeing its design and construction documents, its construction, furniture installation, move coordination and help the contracting officer in the budget and general administration. Creating CAD standards and responsible for all its drawings archive system DaVita Inc. completed 29 dialysis / medical facilities (Mid Atlantic region) and a few Office tenant fit-outs.
