BECKETT AUCTION SERVICES -- CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

1. Must be registered and have a verified Beckett Auction Services account in good standing. 2. By signing this agreement ("you") authorize Beckett Auction Services to sell the item(s) listed on your Consignment Submission Form.

3. The Sellers Premium rate is 15% and will be calculated on the final sell price of the item(s). This amount will be deducted from your final payment. Beckett Auction Services will make every attempt to pay you the net proceeds associated with the sale within 21 days, deducting the Seller Premium fee and any related BGS/BCA fees.

4. Beckett Auction Services will determine a reasonable starting bid for each item/lot. We will accept feedback and recommendations from you on the Consignment Submission Form. 5. You guarantee clear title and ownership to consigned item(s) and also guarantee that the item(s) have not been borrowed, stolen or obtained without authorization. You will also hold the buyer and Beckett Auction Services harmless from any damages, including legal fees, relating to any breach of the agreement.

6. If the item(s) does not sell in the initial auction, or the buyer does not make payment, it will be rolled over to a future auction. This will continue unless you contact Beckett Auction Services to return the item. The item(s) will then be shipped back at no cost to you. In addition, no item(s) may be withdrawn from an initial auction without the consent of Beckett Auction Services. 7. We highly recommend you insure all items shipped to us and we recommend a delivery confirmation signature. We are not responsible for any items until they are in our possession. We will maintain insurance while the item(s) is in our possession and we will insure it when we ship it to the winning buyer. In the event of theft or total damage to any item while in our possession, we will pay you fair market value for that item.

8. You do have the option to have the item graded by BGS and/or appraised by BCA at a reduced cost. Beckett Auction Services will pay the fee(s) and deduct the cost from the final payment. The grading fees and/or authentication fees will vary (inquire within for more info). 9. Consignors bidding on their own items and/or shill bidding is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to bid on any items you have consigned to us. Friends or family members bidding on your items are also strictly prohibited.

10. Should a legal issue arise with an item, you agree to pay for all legal fees associated with defending any claim associated to a consigned item. 11. You authorize us to rescind the sale of any memorabilia or item, if we learn the item is a forgery, counterfeit or altered in an inappropriate manner. If we notify you of such, you agree to return the net proceeds paid to you in connection with the sale and we will return the item to you. 12.
