* Successfully completed fixed cost [ ~ 2 Billion $] EPC engineering in piping discipline in multi-location as certifying engineer for ENI/SNC Joint Venture for CNRL Secondary Upgrading process units : CNRL processes 110,000 barrels/day of feedstock to synthetic crude components.

Repeated engineering for identical Suncor Energy Hydrotreaters, including Naphtha, Distillate and Gas Oil Hydrotreaters Plans: Suncor Energy’s Voyageur project involved two identical Hydrotreaters as above

* Sample Pipeline Projects executed:

(a) Central Oman Gas Processing (Multi stage Compression) Plant having design capacity of 20 mln Sm3/ day of Sales Gas along with 48 inch Gas Pipeline to OMAN LNG plant.

(b) CO2 Transport Pipeline & Sequestration of Exxon Mobil Labarge Facility: An Acid gas stream of about 60% hydrogen sulfide and 40% CO2 is injected into a section of the same reservoir from which it was produced and safely disposing of the hydrogen sulfide along with approximately 400,000 tons of CO2 per year.

* Engineered complete critical piping connected to all categories of Rotating/Static equipment; Accomplished project targets, investigated erection/design deficiencies and executed trouble-shooting operations; Re-designed piping systems to the complete satisfaction of clients in petrochemical industry, during my tenure with Krupp UHDE.

Sample Refinery projects (Hydrocracking): (a) Saras Refinery – Sardinia, Italy consisting of: Two Distillate Hydrocracking: units having a total Capacity of ~120,000 Barrels per day; Two Desulphurization units for treating of Naphtha and Gasoline, having a total Capacity-53,000 Barrels per day; and four Desulphurization units for treating Distillate and Diesel, having an additional total Capacity of 78,000 Barrels per day. Parsons, London and UHDE India cooperatively executed the project.

(b) Indian Oil Refinery – Panipath, India; Diesel Hydro-Desulphurization Unit(DHDS) unit which reduces sulfur content in High Speed Diesel to less than 0.05% wt. Capacity: 0.7 MMTPA.

* As Piping / Pipe Stress Engineer for Jacobs Inc. completed projects hands-on. Sample Heavy Oil Refining/ Gas Compression Facilities:

(a) Exxon Mobil Acid Gas injection Project: Re-injection of hydrogen sulfide (65 MMCFD) and CO2 (25 MMCFD) as part of Carbon Capture

(b) Syncrude UE-1: Vacuum distillation unit (VDU) producing LVGO, HVGO, and vacuum bottoms) and Diluents Recovery Units (DRU) fractionating Diluted bitumen.

* Sample Power Generation Projects: (a) Trans-Alta Power, Canada (450 MW Co-Generation): Executed Piping-Pipe Stress Engineering for the facility including Steam Hammer Studies
