1)Transpo Group on Shk.Zayed Tunnel (Project Cost 01 Billion US Dollars)

Mechanical Engineer 09/2012 to 08/2013

Inspects Tunnel SCADA/TCS system and electromechanical equipment such as Storm and Drainage Pumps, Diesel Generator and list down the observed snags.

Ensures that MEP plans and specifications on site are in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements with B.O.Q.

Supervision of contractors and sub-contractors related to MEP systems and attended meeting with clients.

Conducts quantity survey and technical study on various work assignments and key findings.

Ensure the installation and working of tunnel life & safety systems are as per standards.

2)Dubai World Group, Dubai, UAE

Engineering Supervisor in Engine Driven Pumps Maintenance Department 01/2011-02/2012

Lead a team of technicians for projects, PM Service, inspection and rectification/overhauling of caterpillar engine driven pump, groundfos and weir pump etc. and submit the report to the management/Clients.

Application of MAXIMO for handling the projects.

Preparation of the mobilization plan for a team, selection of a suitable project team and Monitor and assist in vendor activities as required.

Carry out the safety measures in accordance with HSE Standards.

3) Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Of Dubai, UAE.

Mechanical Inspector in Infrastructure Facility, Maintenance Department 03/2006-09/2010

Routine inspection of equipment in Control Buildings, Bridges, Underpasses and Tunnels, lift span Machinery, Pumps, Fire Fighting System with (FM 200).

Prepare the programmes as per recommendation of manufactures/requirements. Also suggest and arrange the required items as per technical specification and cost with the contractor.

Conduct technical study and coordinate with suppliers/manufactures via contractor. Place the requisition to the contractor as per contract or B.O.Q with technical specification.

Proper documentation for QHSE and audit etc.

Mechanic on (Detroit Diesel, Crown (Lifter), JLG, Compare, HAMM, Terex) 5/2003-03/2006
