PROFILE

Mr. Gopal Naik is a Senior Advocate practicing at High Court of Telangana State and The State of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, now capital of Telangana State. He has rich experience of civil side practice in law with specialization in subjects like Town Planning, Family Law, Demolition cases, Contracts and Mercantile Law including Partnership and Property law. Of late he has achieved merit and specialized in Arbitration matters specially commercial Arbitration. He was responsible for obtaining orders for inventory of moveables against Nizam and also instrumental in setting aside certificate granted by Govt. of India to Nizam as successor to private properties of Nizam.

EDUCATIONAL FIELD

He has achieved qualification in the field by two post-graduate Degrees (Masters ) and one Post-graduate Diploma to his credit and gained knowledge of executive, administrative and law. On executive side he is Master of Arts in Economics with Political Science and Public Administration. Further post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration from Evening College is an addition to his cap. This apart he is Master of Laws with Contracts and Mercantile Law as subjects of study. They included Partnership, Sale of Goods, Company Law and Banking. Thus he has vast knowledge with rich experience to his credit which can be utilized by taking his services. By character and conduct he is an amiable person with smiling face and charming personality. If given chance he can prove his worth.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AS LAWYER

Joined Profession For Practice As Lawyer In 1961 As Apprentice And Enrolled In 1962 As Lawyer. Worked Under Guidance Of Senior For 5 Years From 1962-67. Started Independent Office Of His Own In 1967. Appointed As Standing Counsel For Municipal Corporation Of Hyderabad In 1975 Till 1978.

Appointed As Standing Counsel For 45 Municipalities Of Telangana In Andhra Pradesh High Court From 1991 To 1998.

Worked As Government Pleader For Child And Women’s Welfare Dept. Of The State.

Was Practicing Till 2016, June In Hyderabad But Had To Leave And Come To USA. Reason For Coming To USA Is all Children are In USA They Wanted That Parents Shall Shift To Usa. That Is How I Am Here. I Seek To Work As Old Aged Person With Experience To Serve My Profession And Continue The Same. My Ideal Is To Keep Working Till Last Breath.
