JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall Management of the Operation at the assigned Location
Duties and Responsibilities
I will be responsible for the overall management of Operation and maintenance to insure successful operation. Work is performed independently within established policies and procedures under the general direction of the Administrative superior.
Menu planning different kind of setup, cost control, administrative work, on the job training, safety, personnel hygiene and maintaining the quality of food at the same time looking after the guest service and complaints.
Checking the presence and punctually of staff ensure the high quality meals is served rapidly at the indicated time.
Ensuring that the staffs under the control are fully familiar with their work, receive the suitable and necessary training in order to be able to improve the Quality of their work.
Managing and coordinating maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties
Inspecting all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.
Assuming responsibility for inventory and ordering of equipment and food supplies.
Maintaining liaison with personnel Department.
Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained and all contractual obligations are met.

WORK HISTORY : - 2016 till 1979
2015 -2016 working as a DFAC Manager OQAB DFAC with Ecolog Company in Kabul Afghanistan under the NSPA (NATO SUPPORT AGENCY) Feeding 700 US ARMY and AIR FORCE SOILDERS per day
Responsible for UNIT, ensures that orders, planning is done according to SOW, answerable to the client and company for all deficiencies, provides guidelines for training, participating in weekly/Daily meetings, all reports are prepared for the company and client. Responsible for all staff welfare and discipline.
2013- 2015: Ecology International- IRAQ project as a Camp Boss returned to India (Kolkata) due to completion of contract.
2012- 2013: Joined China White’s Restaurant as a Restaurant cum Banquet Manager
2011: Came back to India (Kolkata) after completion of the contract
2009 – 2011: DFAC Manager in Tikrit, IRAQ looking after labor camp and SLEDGE HAMMAR DFAC.

2007 – 2009: CATERING MANAGER – Gulf Catering Company- Iraq DFAC LIBERTY
Responsible for the day to day operation of providing four Meals service to 10000 US Military, Security Forces and civilian at Baghdad Army Base. Supervising staff engaged in preparing and serving food in accordance to the US Military and KBR. Assign duties responsibilities and work stations to staff in accordance to the requirements.
Responsible for the Dining operation, Administration, Cost Management, Safety Management. Staff training programs and overall supervising.
2004 - 2007: Lindsay Hotel, Kolkata
Join Lindsay Hotel as a Food and Beverage Manager A ** HOTEL looking after banquet halls, Bar and Restaurant
1993 – 2004:
Joined Peerless Inn as Senior Captain and worked in various outlets of Food and Beverages in different designations i.e. Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Room Service Manager and Banquet Manager.
1983 -1992 Transfer to BAGHDAD IRAQ worked as waiter in Al Rasheed Hotel in various Food & Beverages departments under the management of OBEROI GRAND HOTEL (KOLKATA),. Promoted to the position of Captain, Senior Captain, Restaurant Manager, Room Service Manager and Bar Manager Unfortunately had to quit Baghdad Iraq due to Gulf war and International trade embargo.
1979 – 1983 I started the journey of this fabulous & rising industry of Hotels and management as a waiter worked in various Food and Beverage outlets in OBEROI GRAND INTERNATIONAL CHAIN OF HOTELS KOLKATA.
