Promoted to President in 2014; Direct reports include Accounting Manager,
Production Controller, Quality Manager, and Sales. Implemented new sales
strategy, regained Nadcap and AS9100 accreditations lost under previous
management. Turned focus to customer service, on-time delivery,

Manage staff of 9 direct reports, including admin, accounting, sales, and IT
staff members. Developed an operating budget in first 8 weeks of employment,
resulting in immediate cost savings in late fees, professional services, and
overtime. Created a report to track hourly rates in production, reducing
overtime and improving profitability. Participate in monthly management
meetings to discuss strategic planning for the business. Handle all financial
reporting, activities, and decisions, including working with outside CPA firm,
insurance renewals, and debt management. Reduced reliance on outside CPA
firm for interim reporting, resulting in reduced expenses, and improved
timeliness of reports (by 8th of each month). Created a weekly 13-week cash
flow forecast to ensure company is fiscally sound. Developed a customer
