Responsible for review negotiation, circulation and management of various contracts, including but not limited to professional service agreements, employment agreements, and lease agreements. The management portion involves the process that includes tracking the contract from initial request through execution.
Draft, review, revise and track high volumes of employment and service agreements that are requested by the Regional Management Team.
Prepare redlines of draft agreements or written correspondence to outline proposed change, following review by Regional Management team and Regional Attorney.
