EXPERIENCE:

I am working as Electrical Technician since February, 2013(WARTSILA PAKISTAN) Operation & Maintenance Department with Combine Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) Liberty Power Tech. Ltd (IPP). (I have performed my jobs like installation & maintenance and trouble shooting).

The LIBERTY POWER TECH. LTD. Plant is utilizing eleven (Wartsila 18V46) 4 stroke engines and a steam turbine to produce a total electrical output of 200MW and is located near the city of Faisalabad.

Gas power plant which have two Guascor engines (FGLD 480) & caterpillar solar gas turbine (centaur 40) produce total 4.7MW.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE:

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of WÄRTSILÄ W18V46 Engine.

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE) Steam Turbine.

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of AALBORG Waste Heat Recovery Boiler.

Maintenance of Sub-station equipment like ABB SF6 circuit breaker, Siemens Power Transformer and DC-battery charger system.

Work on VCB & ACB.

Induction motor maintenance.

TECHNICAL & TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS:

Understand wiring diagrams of switchgear, control and relay panels.

Calibration of instruments like pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, pneumatic actuators & Positioners etc.

Testing of Engine safeties and alternator.

Interlocking principles of various parameters of Engine control system.

Fuel auxiliary system handling and trouble shooting.

Compress Air system handling and Trouble Shooting.

132KV switchyard maintenance and trouble shooting.
