I was in charge of a 17 man depot that was responsible for daily deliveries to an assortment of accounts

throughout the triad area. Handled customer relations and quarterly visitations to various accounts.

Oversee employees to make sure they deliver the best service. Loaded and unloaded bulk shipments from

suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for needed items and supplies for delivery.

I was responsible for recruiting new customers, as well as maintenance for existing customers. I managed

unhappy customers and had to problem solve to maintain the business relationship. I have ran multiple

types of delivery routes
