Mechanical Drawing Preparation, Technical Submittals, Mechanical related Calculations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate with MEP Draftsman team and prepare shop drawing as per approved IFC drawings.

Identify/Study any discrepancy between IFC drawings & QCDD approved drawings and raise RFI if required.

Preparation / review of detailed drawing related to ducting, chilled water piping, VRV piping layout, cooling towers, AHU, pumps, FCU, split unit.

Plan, organize, and supervise the work of the E&M team members to ensure that all works are performed on time in line with the parameters of the project schedule.

Develop builder’s work drawings for E&M services requirements in coordination with Architectural and Structural drawings.

Participating in workshop meeting with external design team and project consultant to expedite shop drawings and material submittal approval.

Responsible for coordination with civil team to ensure that access provision are provided in advance for E&M equipment maneuvering and testing and commissioning activities.

Provide professional support for claims related to MEP works, extension of time and variations.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, Method statements for Mechanical installations.

Coordinate / liaise between Client, consultants, specialists, Contractors and Authorities to deliver Mechanical works and requirements.

Internal and external meetings & site visits (with Senior Engineers,Project Managers, Construction Managers, QAQC Managers, Planning Engineers) regarding all project related issues ranging from client notifications, Variation orders, NCR issues, health and safety, project progress, targeted handover dates.

Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the mechanical work groups at site.

Coordination with clients, other agencies for fulfilling contractual requisite related to shop drawing (services, coordination & building work) and preparing as built drawings(as per erection at site) for submission and approval.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing and supervising all aspects of operation in the HVAC construction activities and planning the work for day to day activities and execute the work as per construction schedule.

Coordination with all site personnel for day-to-day requirements and cost effective utilization of all resources.
