DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Pre heat pipe 110 to 210 degress Celsius to avoid moisture.

Choosing the appropriate electrodes, filler wires, ceramic caps, tungsten and tig torches according to production specification.

Tig welding of 4” – 30” in diameter pipelines.

Perform full welding (x-ray) of pressurized oil, air, water pipelines, vessels, tanks, platform structure ladders, railing and other heavy metals at fabrication shop and different platform assignment.

Install pipe shoe and guides, pipe support, pipe spools. Renew or install valves and gasket at project site.

Fuel old pipe lines.

Full welding of many sizes power plant, pressurized fuel pipe lines (x-ray), starting air pipelines, raw water pipelines, steam lines. Lube oil pipe lines.

Ensure assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved.
