Responsible for monitoring the top four accounts representing 80% of annual revenues.
Operated the daily demands for box plant production to ensure coverage of $600 million plus annual sales. Reduced yearly plant overtime by 21,440 hours in one year.
Reviewed inventory levels, order cycle times and replenishment points at distribution level for over 30 warehouses supporting 20,000 stores.
