Other Experiences
2007 Mission Trip to Juarez, Mexico
On this trip, my fellow students and I journeyed from Arkansas to Juarez, Mexico by bus. Along the way we visited people in need such as soup kitchens, and a youth camp. While in Juarez, Mexico, we built a stucco home for a pregnant family in desperate need of shelter. We made relationships with the people and provide them with food and clean water.
2015 Mission Trip to Dominican Republic
On this trip, I and around 30 other doctors, nurses, and medical students traveled to the Dominican Republic to supply medical services to the community. We provided medicine, wheelchairs, reading glasses, and most importantly hope for the struggling community.
