Lean tools such as; Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Inventory optimizations and Stock re-
positioning strategy.
Played a key role in reducing a key OEM Supplier parts inventory 40% in regional hubs/level 3
projects by effectively negotiating a fixed annual cost and developing local distributors through the
concept of strategic partnering and GNTE pricing; allowing Aggreko to purchase parts from any global
location at the discounted price which saved $3 m.
Conducted major analysis and feasibility study for Middle East business to optimize inventory.
Currently, rolling out inventory model and implementing MRP (automated material replenishment) to all
ME regional depots/hubs through 3Q16; saving $4m in overall inventory while increasing the stock

Provide results-driven leadership to Supply Chain function at group level specifically in material requirements
planning (MRP) and inventory department. Establishment of the overall parts supply management
strategy at group level and sourcing/distribution plan for regional hubs and projects in cooperation
with key stake holders.
Oversee more than $160 million in inventory and 150+ locations worldwide, including central hub in Dubai and
