Overhauling of pumps, installing single and double seal in centrifugal pumps, bearing condition, coupling condition, impeller clearance, were among the routine inspection jobs.

Maintenance and overhauling of valves (Gate, Diaphragm, Ball and Butterfly) of various MOC.

Preparing and maintaining the schedule for performing daily maintenance work for each month.

Monitoring and controlling daily progress report, equipment checklist and preventive maintenance schedule in prescribed formats.

Handling man power and directing the team towards attending the daily targets.
