AMP ASM collects information from Spectator agents in viewer end devices and iQDialogue ASM elements at the edge of the delivery network, and provides your intelligence dashboard for understanding the video quality you are delivering, what viewers are watching, and how they are responding. AMP gathers IneoQuest’s patented VeriStream metric for all measured video streams, and graphically presents it for easy comprehension. With iVMS, you can drill down to identify and isolate the root cause of issues by program, time and location. In order to reduce repair time (MTTR), iVMS can send alert notifications via email to technicians, operations, and engineering staff, and can present collected information to OSS (Operation Support System)/BSS (Business Support System) systems via a northbound interface. iVMS also collects and stores statistics, supporting historical network performance analysis in addition to its real-time capabilities.

PROJECT: Operational efficiency Program - Prior Authorization, Provider Data Clean up and claim management
Prior Authorization - There are some medical services which require the provider to submit a Prior Authorization Request Form bases on the series of complex benefit and contracting rules.
The check prior Authorization feature on provider portal enabled providers to search by CPT/HCPCS code and verify whether or not Prior Authorization is required. This helped MVP to reduce the volume of phone calls to the customer care center requesting this information.
Provider data clean and claim management – The client maintained a centralized database (FACELTS) of provide data information. This database was updated manually, leading to inaccurate details and discrepancies in the information provided on the client’s web site. This resulted in a distraught consumer and unhappy provider organization as claims were getting rejected. In effort to rectify these issues, the client resorted to a manual clean-up of data that was not only a cumbersome process but also resulted in increased administrative cost and claim turnaround time. The solution prevents users from submitting duplicated or wrong provider information at the source by leveraging the enforcement engine. Further, provider information residing in the central provider repository is transformed and improved data fed back into the system.
