Perform inspections of structural components and Main and Tail Rotor Blades on UH-60 BlackHawks. Repair all structural and sheet metal issues, fabricate metal and composite parts as well as repairer all issues with Main and Tail Rotor blades. Performed duties as the Sheet Metal shops team lead, I was also the Shops POC for production control meetings. Communicated with upper management and set dates of when repairs and inspection would be complete, made sure the Shop was aware of deadlines and that they would be completed on time.
