Senior Product Manager, Partner and Internal Tools
Lead Partner Product Manager responsible for Yodles entire product portfolio for all indirect partners sales
including web presence, local search placement, social media, mobile, customer reviews, special offers, email
marketing and franchise management.
Stabilized Rogers OEM relationship by leading product and operational audits that brought Rogers to the latest
products, which improved product quality and reduced 2015 customer churn by 10%.
Drove design and deployment of an internal Yodle partner app, which replaced development efforts for the most
common partner requests, resulting in customer response time improvements of from 24 hours to less than 1
minute.
Launched sales tooling for Yodle direct sales team which slashed need for paper scripts by conceptualizing and
winning support to develop an internal sales script tool which reduced yearly costs of script modifications from
$500k a year to under $15k.
Improved reporting efficiency by lead a combined engineering, data architecture effort to encourage adoption of
more effective ETL methodologies. Turnaround time for the development of new reports was reduced from ~4
weeks to less than 24 hours.

Polycom Austin, TX 2010-2012
Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Video Management platform
Led team of 10 product, program, support and operations managers on a objective to improve the video content
management product. This initiative resulted in a short term tactical solution focused on repackaging and fixing
critical issues so the products would integrate better with traditional Polycom products, as well as a operational
audit which exposed the need to replace a failed Polycom supplier. The tactical initiative increased sales from
$10M in 2010 to over $15M in 2011. The strategic initiative resulted in the acquisition of Accordent in 2011.

Inflow Executive team re-launches company as Hosting.com. Recruited to lead a team of 3 product managers
responsible for platform products and external vendor relationships.
Launched public and private VMware based cloud products which grew to 5,000 users in the first year.
