UH’s Calendar management

Setup of internal meetings as needed for UH and as requested by internal departments

Participation in Meetings, circulating Meeting Notes, Follow-up with

respective members for deliverables

Setup and facilitate Lunch / Dinner Meetings for UH

Develop and sustain professional outlook of UH Executive Office both internally and externally

Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations professionally

SPOC for certain key processes to provide periodic update to UH.

Systematic record keeping and ensure availability as and when required by the reporting authority or other senior officials.

2.Additional Responsibilities (2012 onwards)
