Completed a project on “Flow bench and Air Flow Measurement” at University of Toledo.

Refurbished an existing university asset, Super flow 600 flow bench, which was not in working condition. Used it to measure air flow through engine cylinder heads, intake manifolds and various engine components.

Created models using SolidWorks to control valve lift during testing, and fabricated the same for testing.

Analyzed the flow rate trends as a function of pressure drop and valve lift and calculated the flow coefficienent and discharge coefficients across the intake valve and exhaust valves.
