Responsible for all Technical parts of job. 2009- 2012 Calpine worked as a Steam Turbine Technical Advisor on GE, Westinghouse, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi steam turbines in Calpine Corp fleet overseeing all aspects or maintenance 2007 – 2009 North American Energy services worked as gas and steam Technical Advisor. Rebuilds and major maintenance doing valve outage and major rebuild. 2006 -2007 GE Field Services Worked as a Steam Turbine Field Engineer on all of GE steam turbines and gas turbines From major rebuilds to valve and bearing work including warranty work
1997 - 2006 Qualified Contractors Inc. Millwright /Crane operator, Chattahoochee Florida rebuild of two hydro units. From tear down to replacement of all polls on rotor and replacement of windings on stator. Was on this project for 1-and1/2 years. Voith Seimmins in Badin NC. Complete tear down and rebuild of unit 3 as millwright and crane operator
2004 Carolina Paper, Charlotte, NC. (Part time) Millwright/Millwright Foreman and Lead. Responsibilities included maintaining all production machines; maintaining pumps, cutters, belts and gearboxes; inspecting ream cutters, pastor, rotary cutters and stretch wrapper; and operating equipment.
2006 PacifiCorp, Kemmerer, WY. Major repair on 250MW steam turbines, including inspecting and testing, voltage, and bushing change out. Cinergy Solutions, Monaca, PA. Major repair on 1-75MW steam turbine, including replacing T1, T2 and T3 bearings (Westinghouse).
