Generated > $1 million cost savings on an annualized basis principally from inventory cost of money savings, reduction of obsolete inventory write-offs associated with outdating and returned goods, SKU reduction.

Managed division’s inventory and kept it below budget by an average of 18%. On a YTD basis, this generated a cost of money savings of $1.1MM. Overall performance resulted in a 25% reduction from budget; well beyond the target improvement of 3%-5% for the year.

Published a weekly backorder report, specific to division’s products. The report provided guidance to the Customer Service Teams, and to the Sales Force regarding expected backorder resolution timing.
